The Fire House Rescue Training Manikin is specially designed to meet the demands of fire training scenarios. These manikins strike the perfect balance between temperature resistance and abrasion resistance, making them ideal for BA snatch rescue training in fire houses and "hot fire cell" training.

Withstanding temperatures of approximately 160°C at floor level (400°C at the ceiling) for extended periods, the Fire House Manikins demonstrate exceptional durability. It's important to note that, like any fire kit, they may deteriorate if exposed to naked flames or excessive temperatures.

Product Details:

• Main Carcass: Constructed with flame retardant Polyester (conforms to BS EN ISO 15025:2002) used in Police ballistic/stab vests.
• Main Carcass Reinforcement: Features 38mm Nomex webbing for enhanced strength and temperature resistance.
• Protective Coveralls: Made from Nomex blend material (conforms to EN11612), providing excellent protection against high temperatures. The coveralls are permanently non-flammable and reinforced with Nomex webbing for improved abrasion resistance and strength.
• Secure Fastening: Fitted with 20mm Kevlar ties to ensure the coveralls remain intact even in high-temperature conditions, as standard Velcro fastenings can melt.
• Reinforced Arm Ends: The high wear area of the coverall arms is reinforced with 5mm leather for added protection.

• Exceptional Durability: Capable of being buried under concrete or steel lintels. While the Nomex coverall is not as tough as the Polyester version used in the Duty range, these manikins are still suitable for general training exercises.
• Neck Compatibility: The manikin's neck is designed to fit an immobilization/extrication collar, promoting proper casualty care.
• Soft Body Joints: Eliminates the risk of pinch welts and bruising commonly associated with plastic-bodied manikins.
• Replaceable Protective Coveralls and Boots: The protective coveralls and boots greatly extend the life of the manikins and are easily replaceable if damaged.
• Separate Hood: The manikin includes a separate Nomex hood that fully covers the head, simplifying the process of fitting replacement coveralls.
