• Realistic Construction: The flexible inner core of the manikins is weighted using 2kg packets of crushed, washed stone aggregate, providing human-like weight proportions. These weight packets are sewn into a nylon inner, tied to the outer carcass using polypropylene rope to prevent slumping. Inner components are separated and padded with 25mm polyurethane foam contained in nylon liners, resulting in a dummy that feels lifelike.
