• Developed in conjunction with the ENT Department of Addenbrooke’s Hospital,  Cambridge
• This interactive model provides a practical test of skill for all those who are required to manage severe nose bleeding
• Strongly recommended for all ENT and Casualty departments
• For training in cautery and nose packing
• Success of cautery, at four sites on septum, identified by light panel (battery included)
• The trainee must identify the bleeding point, clear it by suction and deal with it either by nasal packing or cautery

• The interior of the nose has capillary tubes for delivering artificial blood at variable rates to four sites on the septum
